The Faculty of Surgical Trainers (FST) exists to support and nurture a diverse, inclusive community of surgical trainers. In contribution to this support, the Faculty is delighted to announce this ongoing series of short Video Diaries (Vlogs) highlighting successful training practice and the application of educational theory. FST is committed to raising the community of surgical trainers by creating a repository of resources that are both applicable to everyday practice and easily digestible by the busy surgeon.
Sharing best practice and learning from our peers will open up these discussions and initiate better standards of surgical training.
